If you would like to join us in any of the classes please email or contact us – there is limited space to 8 women per class.

You should wear comfortable exercise clothing in which you can move easily, and in which you can keep cool, e.g. t-shirt & sweat pants would be suitable. Bare feet or sticky socks are recommended. All props including mats are provided.

Basic assessment & fundamentals - R150 once off fee (this is advised if you have never attended a pilates class before)

All classes are paid as a monthly fee, not per session. If you start in the middle of a month your invoice will be pro-rata from the date you begin.
